I just had surgury oct 1 and 3 doors down music is the only thing that helps me calm down. i love 3 doors down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when my pain gets high i just put my headphones on and sing along it takes my mind off pain. thanks guys!!!!
